We had a wonderful May and June here in Cannes, La Croisette with its Palais des festivals where gather la creme de la creme des artistes from all over the world, this year Michael Douglas and Oliver Stone were the masters of ceremonies, not only on stage distributing awards and Cesars, but throwing parties nightly, big, immense, with glamor and a touch of international level class.

They went to the local TV talk shows to remind us that culture and art are a border-less community, true artists, care one ID only, the same for all, one that says "Citoyen du monde" that is, World's citizen. Because if you come here with your yank Vietnam era culture and mentality, better stay home lol! This place is not for you... You are good only to join the Cagayan de Oro community!...

Above is the Carlton hotel in Cannes, where the stars staying during the festival. That's where Mike Belter - the unlimited finance guy - stayed when he visited me.

So, who cares about the sexpats in the Philippines? No one except Mike Farrell. Yes, Mike Farrell again. He wrote me to remind me that I am late in updating the site and he seems very concerned of what happened to me. It is true that the CdeO Yahoo expat group is going from bad to worse lately, many are pissed off wasting their time reading about rat feces in the coffee beans that was going on for days. Boring, isn't it? Introducing Christopher Bennetts aka"Chris Bennetts".

Welcome to my Wall of Shame Chris! I hope you will be grateful for approving your request to be introduced on this blog, hopefully helping you sell some "books" and porn video, even though it will be hard to find people willing to put their credit card on line, but that's another topic that will be later with the next update.

To my knowledge, he (Bennetts) has never lived in CdeO, but he's using the sexpat community there to open a new battlefield against me in retaliation to the exposure that promoted him to the most cruel pornographer pedophile the Philippines ever knew. But everything he's publishing is anonymous, with the exception of 3-4 posters all on my well documented wall of shame which is understandable what's the reason behind their madness. But, poor guys, they can't find dirt on me, so they limit the "discoveries" to unfounded and undocumented hearsays "bombshells"

I wasn't planning to waste my time responding or rebut their crap because:

1. Those who know me, they know I am a perfectly healthy person, never had hepatitis C or whatever and the only meds I was taking is to slow down the blood pressure, something that I obtained without for the last 14 months, by paying attention on my weight ( Lost 17 kilos and keep counting) taking healthy meals, - hey folks, we are in France! - plus a daily intensive exercise, something difficult to apply in the PI due to the humid climate, questionable quality food that send me twice in the hospital with severe food poisoning.

3. Last and most important. Unlike Chris Bennetts, not a single Euro of my income comes from the internet. None! Nada! I am not selling "informative" misleading books, or buying links to increase the web traffic of my pages, (no ads are allowed in my sites) that might generates a few dollars earning from Google that he, now bankrupt, need more than I do.

And that's the problem Chris Bennetts has. That no one cares about me, they care more about him, because he asks people to put their credit card on line to watch his barbaric porn videos or buy rip-off books that tells others how to become rich while he's an admitted failure in business incapable to pay child support to his ex wife, or in another book bearing his wedding picture on the cover and tells them how to find the ideal Filipina and be happy for ever. This is the man photographed with this baby on many of his web sites to attract sympathy and compassion after been unmasked by himself first in search of cyber fame in an effort to boost his porn business on the internet. Instead, he put on his back all his friends and the Rotary International where he was the president of the Rotary Club of Central Mactan-Cebu Philippines and was kicked out. See RI record below.

Even worst, he put on his ass this Former Rotarian Evan Iliadis, yes, this "Evil" Evan, the one that is typing these lines today, the one who knew better the level of cruelty of this pimp, who spread his blogs and his statements made on the forums all over the net where we can read about killings, (at least 4 people were named by him conspiring to kill him), drugs, prostitution, warrants of arrests, courts, pedophilia and of course the Rotary that he was using as a reference making him a citizen in good standing in the society, as one of his former best friends put it:

A lot of people will back me up that the real criminal here is Chris Bennetts. So please don't believe the black picture that Chis Bennetts is trying to paint of me. Since he had no problem posting my picture and even going as far as paying for that SunStar ad I am going to give everyone information on him so people can know the real truth.

Chris Bennetts is the man running pornographic LBFM websites featuring Filipinas, some who are underage. I have pictures to prove it that he used to post on his mensasiantravelexploits and Angeles Bar websites.

People here in the Philippines are aware on his actions and he was even reported that he and his wife Antonieth ( at the time ) opened a Dance Studio on Mactan Island, Cebu Philippines. His wife at the time was serious about the studio but Chris had other intentions. Chris did even know he was reported to have been inviting other older men to come and watch the young girls dance in their underwear and was reported to have been taking pictures of the young girls that he proudly showed his friends.

During the day Christopher Bennetts tries to come off as an upstanding businessman and community member, but at night his a demented person who takes advantage of young underage girls. In the last 3 years Christopher Bennetts has become member of the Rotary Club of Mactan and has made a lot of influential friends who are involved in politics who he could use as protection is he is ever investigated.

Chris and I spent a lot of time together and I am 100 percent sure he is part of an international underage pornographic syndicate. Who specialize in making pornographic videos and pictures of young Filipina girls and boys".

I, Evan Iliadis, have several blogs dedicated to this criminal trying to get him off the streets of the Philippines, but apparently he still enjoys the protection from some Rotarians that -trust me- if i was living in the Philippines I'll know how to bypass this protection and jail him. This thing can't be done from distance. No worries supporters, time gets closer.

So after the mess he put himself in and before be arrested for several penal code violations including child support for two out of wedlock children, that he was already sued by his 4 legitimate children and his wife in Australia for child support, he has no choice but leave the Philippines and go to Thailand. Here is an example why he left:

For some reason,Chris Bennetts is not giving up on the Rotary, for some reason he mourns his lost membership and consider himself a victim because of his affiliation with the organization. He claims that I targeted him because he was a Rotarian, that otherwise I wont be interested on him, he spread lies all over that I had nothing else to do in my life than chasing low life Rotarians! Wrong... He's the one involved the Rotary in his private life and trouble with the law, by first highjacking the web site of the Rotary Club of Central Mactan (RCCM) that is no longer a member but he continue to use it as his instrument to justify his actions. Please, take a look scroll the window down and see " CHRISTOPHER BENNETTS-MY RESIGNATION FROM THE ROTARY ( translate it as an eviction from the Rotary).

Needles to say that everything he writes there is without the approval of the RCCM, they are all pissed off with him.

It looks like it wasn't enough for Chris Bennetts to send the message out to quash the accusations of this Evan, the campaign did not produce the expected results, he now is involving the Rotary International and the Philippines Rotary in his crusade to prevail. And that's why I am here today,

Folks, once you visit this site (update oct.1. (Christopher Bennetts has now deleted the site) you'll see that it reassembles to a legitimate Rotary International web site about the Rotary in the Philippines. It is not. Is just a carbon copy of a web site under the title of philippinesrotay.org Chris Bennetts setup supposedly it is a Philippines Districts and clubs directory as a bait to direct you to various sites he setup to discredit me, for unmasking his porn web sites and other criminal activities he's involved in the Philippines. In this copy, I disabled the links to various districts and clubs and I replaced some with stories about this criminal who thought that being a Rotarian will be able to break the law and go unpunished.

All I have to do is just visit his sites and there he goes!! The show goes on! He moves quickly, changing, editing, altering, removing and put back again pages and comments from his websites.

It's time to grow up now Chris, time to have a stable life, stick to your opinions instead of competing with Brad Hugues who got talent in flip-flop behavior lol!!!

By the way, does he (Brad) knows that you removed his "story" from the Philippines scams blog front page as soon as I published it in mine?

No worries Brad!... Your Friend Evan comes to your rescue again!!. He put it back!!. That's what friends are for! How he could let go such a valuable piece of.... information helping sexpats to avoid scams?......

But let's not loose sight for the reasons the team of this wall of shame is here: Talk Philippines. We are here to help get rid of these poisonous snakes that bite my wife's people, these criminals foreigners hiding in the country, taking advantage of loose laws and rampant corruption continuing their criminal activities undisturbed and unpunished. One of them - far for being - is Christopher - Chris-Bennetts an Australian citizen living in the Philippines. There is a lot of documented literature on him on the web, mostly disclosed by Evan Iliadis, but the more I look, the more I read, the more I search, I can't keep track of his websites where he's trying to fool us in buying porn videos and rip-off "know all" books related to the Philippines. They are all over his sites that he refuses to sign them but thanks, God, I have more than enough knowledge about internet authoring to find out what's his and what isn't...

While I was indexing his (and these of some of his flock together) evil empire on the internet and preparing my new strategy to destroy it, I came across one (I will direct you there shortly), something that you should think twice before you put your credit card online ordering what he's selling. He, Christopher Bennetts, is using an old marketing technique adopted by all kind of liars, con artists and criminals, including those acting in charity scams, consisting of confusing you and bidding on your fears and horror stories the con artist masterfully generalized some very few real cases. For this to succeed, the "leader" MUST build an image that inspires trust and kind "of know all" guy something called "THE ART OF BUILDING A POSITIVE PUBLIC IMAGE" as follows:

Make a big public spectacle of whatever issue you choose. Proclaim that God is on our side and the devil is on the opponents. Dehumanize those on the other side whenever possible so we can justify manipulating our sheep (our followers) to hate them (opponents) and support us).

This can be translated as rules 1,2,3. of the Machiavellian code.

1) Create or expand a social issue where we can generate two strongly opposing sides.

2) Create a problem so we can step in and solve it.

3) Expand on an existing known problem where the people involved can be manipulated with strong emotion.

But in our story, Chris Bennetts needed more than that to convince you to use that credit card and order his books. He needed a real person's testimonial corroborating his claims, something like don't leave home without it.

He found it in Cagayan de Oro in the person of sexpat Brad Hughes His testimony, how he has been "scammed" by a Filipina and is right on the home page that I will direct you shortly. Reader, Did you detect any scam on the part of this desperate poor girl in Brad's warning testimony? All she was saying and repeated was what thousand of us, husbands of Filipinas heard it before: Once married to the girl you married to the whole family, which is your absolute right not to accept the fact and move forward!...

Is she a scammer because of her demand to work in the US to support her family?

Is it a scam for her father to request a monthly allowance of 5k pesos that the girl was willing to work to cover it? I have sent more than that every month to my parents in law for 17 years.

Reader, do you know any westerner in the world married to a Filipina that she did not make a priority the survival of her family left behind?

Do you know any one of us - husbands- that did not contribute to what Brad describes as a scam? Going to the western union sending money for the reasons he described on the "scam"?

You know what Brad? she was making you a favor to come with a sicko like you. You have described yourself in a forum as we read above on the left. Did you tell to the girl your mental problems? I doubt ...Personally, I think you are a scammer, I don't know anyone who recovered from 20 years living in hell. You need all the help in the world, you can't help anyone, not even Gordon Elletson...

So? Readers? Are you going to buy the "book" based on this kind of experiences and testimonies? Are you going to put your credit card on a website that you don't know who owns it? The domain name is under private registration, meaning anonymous, all "testimonies" are bogus, exaggerated, pure fiction, all invented and written for the purpose spreading fear and misinformation resulting for you to troubles if ever go to the Philippines without first reading these books.

Did Chris Bennetts succeed in his marketing by presenting a self-admitted disturbed guy to reveal a banal cultural fact as a scam? Maybe... But things will change folks... There is an avalanche of information on Bennetts activities - and others' as well- coming, that unfortunately will bring some collateral damages with it.

As you have noticed, this wall of shame is getting bigger and bigger, running out of space we are forced to move. We have a new location, enabling us to better organize our stories, using professional tools that blogger and WordPress don't allow, or when they do implement them poorly.

I'll go as fast as I can, but I'll go! Because some go to war for the fun of fighting, others, don't settle for less than a clear win. We'll see who's gonna prevail...

Meanwhile, please don't buy his books. Wait until you read everything in the coming weeks. Chris Bennetts site about scams is a scam its self. Everything you read in the stories is made up. Anonymous claims, no one came forward to reveal his ID and documenting his claims. He- Bennetts - now put his signature on sites that I unearthed, still not in a clear way but he did. Besides the porn sites, he has plenty of defamatory blogs against Filipinos, that you'll read them all... You'll also read from the other partners Like Paul Petrea and Perry Gambsy what their thinking about the Philippines in general is, straight from the horse's mouth! No gossips and hearsay. THEIR OWN STATEMENTS! LIVE! AS THEY MADE 'EM ON THEIR OWN FORUMS AND YAHOO DISCUSSION BOARDS!!!

Then you decide if you still want to buy them....

But do you really need them? No one will scam you in the PI if you are not looking for. Everything you'll read is all fabricated, again, no one revealed his ID and documentation supporting the scam they claim were victims. Talk to real people in the forums and anyone you know living in the country, learn to filter the stories and horrors they are telling you. There are thousand expats happily married living in the PI or moved abroad, never happened anything to them. But those ole farts in their 60's and 70's dating the 16's to 20's chicks.... Ever since I informed the international community that these books are written and commercialized in partnership by Perry Gamsby and Chris Bennets, they now admit it as a true fact, something they kept under wraps for years. Please , take a look on their web site what they promise you.

You'll notice also, that Evan Iliadis is part of the package, and that might be a problem to you!

Going through these books, one can easily see the fabrication of lies, horror stories about scams and inaccurate business opportunities they don't know what they are talking about, defamation to the Filipino culture goes full blast, insults like this below by Perry Gamsby is common in his books and in the forums he own.

Perry Gamsby, is fooling the generous Australian welfare system collecting monies as an unemployed and head of a large family, dissimulating income he's receiving from "services" providing on the net. A cheater, living on Australias' hard working tax payers.

Both Perry Gamsby and Chris Bennetts hate the Filipino people, both have abused them, physically and psychologically, they did it as part of their treatment on psychotic crisis they are going through very often, and also to touch the fantasies of a particular clientele visiting the Philippines, hoping to sell them books and other payable information like porn videos, bogus divorce services and more.

Evan Iliadis is collecting signatures in the Philippines and within the Filipino community here in France to force the Philippines authorities to act against these defamatory books written by 2 infamous Australian citizens.

Christopher Bennetts: a felon, a wanted man in the Philippines, hiding behind privately registered porn web sites like this I have recently discovered, downloaded, saved, and notarized by an Attorney in the Philippines and was done before Christopher Bennetts change the record on August 22-2012, just days after I published the information. But he can run, but not hide. Whois domainnames.com is keeping a public record of changes on domain names by its owners and in our case it shows that he changed it to another name on the date above.Take a look on the original file:

Yet, he looks for recognition in the standup community as a same, something the community denied him all along, now back to the old tactics again, wearing a free mason t-short that replaced this of a disgraced Rotarian and holding that baby he never told us who is. We still waiting to see him with his 4 legitimate children that no one wants to be pictured with him.

Readers, to better understand the behavior of this psychopath I will now publish the court records of the complain Ruby Bandejas has filed against him. You will notice that other low life gang from Cebu participated in the "event". The "American National Paul" with a red multicab Ruby is naming is Paul Petrea. Here, we are bringing you the story as it was told by the characters mentioned in this blog, in other words, as we said before, we repeat it again today, straight out of the horse's mouth...

Today, our contributor Evan will continue the investigation on these books you find in few Yahoo and other discussion groups boards all owned by foreigners-with the exception of one or two - all sexpats. I am talking about the books you see in the photo below.

But if you prefer to save time by skipping the trip, here is a screen-shot of the reason I'm directing you there. You can only see two persons named in this business, the third one, Chris Bennetts son, is omitted here for reasons of irrelevancy to this scam since the kid is acting only as a graphic designer for the cover of the books. The two, are Perry and Chris Bennetts. He left out two of his other main partners that are Paul Petrea "aka" Woody Petrea and another one who keeps low profile in the cyber space -even in the forums he owns- that is Don Herrington. His profile in the livinginthephilippines.com discussion forum he owns, shows his last posting was in March 18, 2008, 11:07:30 AM. Long time ago folks!..

I have rarely read any thing about him other than self comments and from his friend Chris Bennetts. Not even Paul Petrea that he - Perry- once went out of his way to defend this criminal in the forums against the attacks coming from all over for hitting his wife. I'll direct you there shortly.

- Reading through the pages of Perry's Gamsby sites and forums I have difficulty associating him as the main author of these books. No where is stated in a clear reading visible to all, instead, the virtual store that the books are sold, http://iideasstore.com is registered anonymously, meaning you don't know who's own it, like most porn sites and other dubious internet business. Why is that? You don't have the right to know who's handling your credit card when ordering?

- Readers, the reason for hiding the ownership of this site is because it belongs to Chris Bennetts and Perry doesn't feel comfortable this to be disclosed, especially now days where this psychosociosickoillminded Evan Iliadis is after him with much more to come soon that will make him feel even more uncomfortable!.

In previous comments I have made about these books, I was telling that if you don't judge a book by its cover you certainly take a close look to who the author is. You are expecting to be some one objective, a good knowledge of his subject, and most important coming from some one in good standing in the community which he describes, the Philippines in our case. Does Perry Gamsby fits the profile? You decide, all I'm doing below is bringing you the story.

Some time in the year 2006 a Yahoo forum was setup by some one and it seems that it was entirely dedicated to the case of Paul Petrea that from day one he put his feet in the PI has been labeled the low life guy the country ever knew. This Yahoo group PhilippineNightmares is still up and running but is inactive.

Vicious, but well documented and justified attacks were taken place against Paul Petrea so fast and in numbers he had hard time to keep up the accounting lol!

Very few came to his defense, but one moved in a big way to justify and even agree with Paul's attitude, slapping his Filipina wife JJ, going as far as humiliating her in public.

Folks, what you are about to read in the links below is not written by a Taliban but from Perry Gamsby, an Australian citizen, some one asking you to put your credit card on line and buy his thoughts expressed through his books. Both are concerning the beating of Paul Petrea wife JJ

Here is the first one, message #45 explaining his Taliban-satanic verse theory about women, supporting Paul Petrea's behavior in violence against women. But JJ, Paul's ex wife, went to another forum and explained things differently. This forum, now closed and even cached pages disappeared from the search engines, used to be a Cebu City government forum but Paul Petrea has been able to turn it in a promoting his porn and other crooked business. Now, some will come forward telling me that the events and statements made are 4 years old and maybe irrelevant today, people can say one thing at a certain time under certain circumstances, another later on after rethinking that it was wrong what they have said before.

Nothing wrong with that... As long as people realizes the wrong doing and correct it. But in our story, nothing has change and will never change. All mentioned haven't changed their behavior an iota, they continue to slander the country, its people and targeting prospective foreigners- migrants to sell them bogus information.

He's lashing on Filipinos as they were the mother of all wrong doing in the world, he did not consider even for a minute his family ties with the Philippines and went on in the most cynical and cruel style against his wife's culture. So, prospective migrant to the Philippines, do you still need "the guidance"of a "writer" like this to make your mind up whether or not to migrate there and what to avoid? do you really need to put your credit card on line and buy these books that will not be more informative than a personal visit to the Philippines prior to migration, or carefully scrutinize the postings in the forums where there is some decent people that describes the reality unbiased and objectively?

AND NO! Mike Farrell in Cagayan de Oro, Don Herrington in Cebu, Paul Petrea in Cebu, and some other owners of forums are not among them. Learn to make the difference between the owner of a forum and a member of a forum.

The first, most often is a low income guy in need of money and wants to lure you "in paradise" so he can take advantage of you in various ways, either by selling you something or create traffic in his forum hopping to capitalize from ads. Paul Petrea has even a "sponsor" membership class where you can make a donation for him to buy the two bottles of Jack Daniels needed in a daily basis.

In the other hand, the poster, at least few of them, have nothing to take advantage, all they do is talk about their experience which may, or may not be an answer to your question. You are the judge. AND IS FREE!

That's about Perry Gamsby. Believe it or not, I have been nice to him today because if I go over all the statement he has made on line about Philippines and his bodies Chris Bennetts and Paul Petrea I'll put him out of business in a swift and irreversible way. I'm giving him the opportunity to correct all that and make a fresh start without pimps and criminals as partners.

Perry Gamsby you don't need to slander Flipinos that much to sell your books. You don't need such an obscene marketing, downgrading the locals and upgrading yourself as the savior of the expats "that without your books are in great danger. " As long as you keep it that way I'll be in your way..

Oh! one more thing...! You know that lawsuit of no win no fees?... Please, make it Montpellier. I love Marseille, with Aix en Provence nearby the region is the heart and soul of the French province known as "The south of France" but Montpellier and Argelès sur Mer has the charm of Spain that I also love so much... There is no expat in the Philippines that has accumulated so much negative comments and insults over the years as Paul Petrea has. there are several reasons for this, all justified and well documented. But I can't find the reason he has so viciously lashed on Don Herrington in a forum owned and managed by Gordon Elletson now closed but I have saved the comment. Without any apparent reason, no such thread existed in the forum, Paul came out of the blue, or probably in the last drop of the second Jack Daniels bottle and posted this:

I was then the only one to reply and come to the defence of Don with this comment:

But as much as probably hate each other, they do have something in common. They both aggressively promoting these bogus "informative" Perry Gamsby's books trying to make a living. They both sell paradise in a misleading way putting you at risk, the Philippines might not be the ideal place for you.

I'll go through their forums in the next update and tell you what you'll never read in their forums, because you'll be banned on the spot if you try to post something like this, let alone that will never make it to the thread.

And Mike Farrell? What he's doing here?

Mike is a permanent resident in this hall of....fame. Today there is another reason to honor him. Is because, like his pairs, he also try hard to sell you paradise. But with this difference. Mike is not a scammer, he doesn't sell anything material related to his effort to lure you in CDO except his stupidity. He doesn't target your wallet, he'll never take advantage of you. However, he needs as many expats and sexpats possible in CDO to survive and for this reason he will utilize any means to convince you that unless you live in CDO, life is meaningless!
