Drew Frederick Shobbrook Final chapter. RIP Drew

I woke up a few hours ago in the early morning here in France to the sound of several Facebook notifications. I thought something important must be happening, and indeed there was. One of the notifications contained good news that brightened up my day. Here's what it said:

Drew Frederick Shobbrook was found guilty by the Cebu City Regional Trial Court Branch 20 of two counts of qualified trafficking and one count of child pornography.

Shobbrook was sentenced to serve three life prison terms.

The message is clear and loud. 

The days when he used to mock and manipulate everyone, from judges and lawyers to prison guards and fellow inmates, are long gone. He was lucky to have narrowly escaped death in the past, but now he is no longer a threat. Time will take care of things, as it always does

 

I need to share something that I have been keeping a secret for a while. I was afraid that if the defense lawyers found out, they would use it against me. The prisoner at Cebu City Jail showed a level of arrogance that was unmatched. The guards still talk about how he worked with the authorities to make his detention more comfortable. 

Since I sent the email which you are about to read, Drew was transferred to a different jail, where he was treated the same as any other prisoner. Furthermore, his bank accounts were frozen, which meant that he was no longer able to enjoy the VIP status he had previously held in jail. It seems that without money, Drew was unable to enjoy the privileges that he had previously been accustomed to.

They even visited him in jail and helped him write a book. With plenty of time on his hands, he may be able to complete it, but finding buyers could be a challenge. Not egomaniac shows off, no controversial public statements on open forums, however, they have flooded the net with blogs and pictures promoting their stand up in the community by enrolling to social clubs or posting pictures on how they are helping the community in their barangay. The Philippines wall of shame received a request from a reader to post the whereabouts of Drew Frederick Shobbrook known in the forums and boards as "Bender01" Frenzy3  "Dean Hoban" and other pseudonyms. 

He was arrested back in April of 2013 in Cebu, Philippines,  2 cases filed against Drew Shobbrook. The cases filed were for violation of Republic Act 10364 or the Expanded Anti-trafficking Act and RA 9775 or Anti-child Pornography Act.

 NBI agents also found a .45 caliber pistol  and .38 revolvers among his belongings, but no charges were filed

His lawyers are fighting hard for the release of the minors from DSWD custody to their family.Once the 2 minors will be released or smuggled out and cannot testify against Drew, there is a 90% chance that his case for Anti-Child Pornography (RA9775) will be dismissed. Drew has supported these families and continue until this day.

* Our investigation in Cebu revealed also this: 

Drew Shobbrook has bragged inside the prison that there's nothing and no one that his money cannot buy.  He showed to inmates receipts that he has more than a million Australian dollars in the bank. Which in reality was PH pesos and not dollars. What was true, is he was receiving money from LBC, sometimes twice a week in the amount of 25K per delivery.

According to our sources, Drew  Shobbrook behaved in the way rarely seen in this jail, even less from a foreigner accused with such crimes.

He had so much available money, enough to bribe from the top to the bottom permitting him the same style of life as when he was out, minus the air conditioned room of course, including the following:

*While he was allowed only one visit, his choice being the girl friend #1, he managed to get into his cell 3 to 5 at the time, by contracting  with other inmates saying will come as their visitors/relatives, they jumped into the opportunity Drew Shobbrook offered, most of them very poor to resist the bribe.

Drew*Drew Shobbrook, had several internet capable smart phones inside the jail  smuggled by (not so) unknown sources. His phones were full of photos and videos of his sexual activities with the girls meme inside the jail uploaded on the net.

* In July of 2013 Drew Shobbrook filed a petition in court to allow him to be hospitalized citing his heart condition as a reason. The reality is, will do everything to be able to stay in the hospital instead of in jail for the duration of his case where he is more free to do his business without jail personnel looking upon him (those whom he could not pay off).

During a medical visit in the hospital, a cardiologist issued a certificate by being stupid enough to say that the wires on Drew's pacemaker was loose and that it will interfere with metal objects like the bars on his cell or something to that effect, which prompted jail officials to bring him back to jail.
The cardiologist took note of the fiasco and ridicule, corrected the diagnosis of essential hypertension, Dyslipidemia, trial fibrillation, and electrolyte imbalance.

The court, RTC Branch 20, granted his petition for humanitarian reasons. Now, he goes to the clinic every day and tell the staff there that he is having a heart attack, but they just laugh at him because if it were true, he could have been dead already.  However, he was still able to convince the court that he still needs to have his pacemaker checked by a cardiologist and that he has to be admitted in a hospital for that. 
The court ordered for the BJMP to bring him to St. Vincent Hospital, but the hospital will not allow (guards) firearms inside the premises. His lawyer, then filled a petition in court to amend the earlier court order to have him admitted from St. Vincent Hospital to Don Vicente Sotto Medical Center.

*In the first days of December 2013 Drew Shobbrook was admitted to the Vicente Soto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC). All the girls were present, the same girls visiting him in jail, the same girls the NBI and IJM  rescued during the raid to his "sex den" last April. One of them is a complainant  goes by the real name of Ashley. Eventually, he was discharged from hospital 3 weeks later,when all lies and misstatements by opportunistic doctors fall apart. Drew could not pay the bill, not very clear who signed a promissory note to pay for his release.

The wall of shame has learned that all of his accounts have been frozen, including in Australia and HSBC in the PH. Without money, Drew is a dead walking man. His harem does all they can to  raise prostitution, money to support him. The master still a charmer, but not for long. As you see the screen shots I posted above predators from his loved forum are in line to hire them to work for them. 

As of the typing of these lines, he is expecting to be transferred to Talisay City Jail anytime soon as his lawyer has already petitioned the courts for his transfer. Talisay prison is known to be more lenient and cool. We'll follow him there too. We doubt the reputation of this jail will apply to him. Maybe this time will seek admission to a psychiatric institution to avoid incarceration. I'm sure his petition will be granted for real and verified reasons.

So, Perry Gamsby wants my Blog down. He said he's the victim of a cyber stalker. Here is what he wrote on his blog. 

"As frustrating as it often is to have to deal with cyber stalkers, the good news is it is only getting better and better in my fight to rid myself of this parasite and his unwanted and unwarranted campaign of lies, twisted half-truths and scurrilous BS. He has lost all credibility as evinced by the fact he no longer has well-meaning but naive do-gooders siding with him. He still tries to join in conversations on forums and groups and then pretend to be saving the world but he is quickly being outed and ignored.

I do wish Google would ignore the laws of the world less. They continue to arrogantly insist if I want him to stop posting my copyright images I should talk to him! How do you hold a sensible conversation with someone who is mentally ill? How do you reason with the unreasonable? If he were sane and in his right mind he wouldn't be doing this.

Obviously, Google want to protect their business. If they give in too easily they may lose revenue and we can't have that in this capitalist dominated consumer world of ours. Fair enough, but as soon as you hit them with the magic words DCMA they quickly forget their high moral ground stance and knuckle down and obey the law".

There are other statements you have made, all published on this blog. Would you please tell us, where me, Evan, is lying? Which of the images or any other intellectual property I stole from you and for what purpose? 

You have stated times and gain that your main partner in publishing and marketing your books is Chris Bennetts. We can see his picture on the cover of one of your books.  Readers and Mr Google take a look below. The screenshot was taken in August 2012 and published on several blogs, something that triggered Chris Bennetts to put the domain name under private registration.

Perry Gamsby: The first thing comes to one's mind is:"How can I trust to put a credit card online to buy his books on a site owned by a partner of the kind of man Chis Bennetts is?"

To your opinion, is there any copywriter infringing on the picture above? Any word, sentence or anything changed from the original public record as appeared at the time of saving the document? If yes, why don't you write to whois.com and tell them that I'm falsifying their database to fit my cyberstalking appetite? Whois.com is a big company and will react on the spot! 

Mr. Google: This blog is hosted on your servers for free and you have the right to decide who does what in your backyard. I'm expecting that you will probably shut down this blog on the simple fact that someone went to the chilling effects website, filled a DCMA ticket saying "this picture is mine and for this, I want the whole site down". To the contrary of others hosting ISP - like Godaddy- who will consider my counter statement on the facts and restore the site until a court order is issued, you Mr. Google will shut down the blog with no warning or hear first the other side of the story.

Let's remind the readers what kind of brothel you owned, and still own under a different name and a corporation instead on your own name as before.

What makes you believe That I will not come back? Or you think the "power" of Commander Guenther Vomberg did the "trick"? Or Matt Wilkies' barking from the desert of Oman had any effect? None! This blog also may come down. So what? It's an old site that needs maintenance. I and partners decided to let it go and build a new one. Bigger, with space for everyone! Stay tuned, you'll be amongst the first to be notified, priority always is given to senior citizens and old residents.
